Free Delivery For Orders Over £125 +VAT

Free delivery is available for orders over £125 + VAT delivered to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands).

If your delivery postcode falls within the Scottish Highlands or other remote areas as defined by our courier partners, additional delivery charges may apply. These will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, and we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any extra cost.

If you require an urgent or specific timed delivery, please contact us before placing your order by calling 01752 261211. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that pricing for special delivery services may vary depending on the courier and service selected. These charges are non-refundable if the order is returned.

We reserve the right to amend the chosen delivery method based on package dimensions, location, or other logistical constraints.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to courier delays beyond our control.

Dispatch & Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days, as indicated by the availability text on our product listings. Orders placed before 13:30 are generally processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.

Products marked as “Next Day Delivery” will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 13:00 and processed through our warehouse before courier collection. If any item with a longer lead time is added to the same order, the dispatch timeframe for the entire order will revert to the standard 1–4 working day processing period.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is collected by the courier. Delivery time refers to the time taken by the courier after dispatch.
