With dual sensors allowing 360° daylight detection, the integrated dusk to dawn sensor automatically switches the light ON at dusk and OFF at dawn, ensuring the lamp is never on for longer than it needs to be. With security lighting being on for an average of 12 hours a day, you can save over 50 GBP/45 EUR per year by switching from a conventional 40W halogen bulb. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days, as indicated by the availability text on our product listings. Orders placed before 13:30 are generally processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
Products marked as “Next Day Delivery” will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 13:00 and processed through our warehouse before courier collection. If any item with a longer lead time is added to the same order, the dispatch timeframe for the entire order will revert to the standard 1–4 working day processing period.
Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is collected by the courier. Delivery time refers to the time taken by the courier after dispatch.
Further Delivery Information
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-faulty items in unused, original condition. Items must be inspected within 3 working days of delivery, with any damages reported immediately. For faulty goods under 6 months, we’ll arrange returns at our cost – older items may require customer-paid return postage.
Returns require your order number and reason for return. We recommend tracked delivery services as return postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving qualifying returns.
