Free delivery is available for orders over £125 + VAT delivered to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
If your delivery postcode falls within the Scottish Highlands or other remote areas as defined by our courier partners, additional delivery charges may apply. These will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, and we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any extra cost.

£3.75 + VAT Delivery is typically made within 2 working days after dispatch. You may upgrade to a courier option at checkout.

We reserve the right to amend the chosen delivery method based on package dimensions, location, or other logistical constraints. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to courier delays beyond our control.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days, as indicated by the availability text on our product listings. Orders placed before 13:30 are generally processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
Products marked as “Next Day Delivery” will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 13:00 and processed through our warehouse before courier collection. If any item with a longer lead time is added to the same order, the dispatch timeframe for the entire order will revert to the standard 1–4 working day processing period.
Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is collected by the courier. Delivery time refers to the time taken by the courier after dispatch.
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout at the website and do not offer telephone orders but we are always available during working hours to discuss any questions.
If paying by bank transfer, please allow an additional working day for payment clearance and payment confirmation. We will notify you upon receipt of funds, typically by the next working day by 10a.m and dispatch your order accordingly.
All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, or packaging issues must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
We recommend retaining original packaging in case of return or warranty claims. Claims made outside of this time window may not be accepted, and we cannot be held responsible for issues reported beyond this inspection period.
Tracking information will be provided, where available, once your order has been dispatched.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to accept the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or provide alternative options.
You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
